- Returnable goods
The goods must be returned within 30 days after receipt.
The goods must be kept unused, unopened and in the original packaging, which will not affect the secondary sale.

- Non-returnable situations
The goods have been used, opened or damaged due to personal reasons.
Apply after the return period.
Special clearance goods, gift cards, etc. cannot be returned.
- Return process

Please pack the goods properly and send them back using a traceable logistics method.
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will complete the refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
IV. Shipping Instructions
If the return is due to product quality issues (such as damage, missing, wrong delivery), Kamuth INC will bear the round-trip shipping costs.
If you apply for a return for personal reasons (such as dislike, repeated purchase), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and the original order shipping cost will not be refunded.
